Retail Lead
Position Summary
Retail Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to the following activities as an assistant to the Retail Manager in the day-to-day operations of a Soccer Stop store location:
- Store Opening & Closing
- Retail Floor Sales
- Customer Service, i.e., handling returns/exchanges, problem-solving customer issues, etc.
- Sales Associate Training and Supervision
- Inventory Management — Shipping and Receiving
- Merchandising
Requirements
- Positive Attitude
- Outgoing Personality
- General Availability Consistent with Store Hours
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
Retail and soccer background or experience helpful but not required.
