Process Time
· Individual Team Uniforms typically take anywhere from 3-8 weeks to produce. This process time depends on the style of uniform your Club wears.
* Non-custom Uniforms – typically 3-5 weeks
* Custom Uniforms – typically 6-8 weeks
Shipping Information
· All online orders are shipped to the Ship To address on your order.
· All online orders pay Shipping & Handling.
· Free Shipping Coupons and promotions do not apply to team uniforms/apparel.
· Soccer Stop offers Ground & 2nd Day shipping (if you choose 2nd Day, your order will be shipped 2nd Day when the order is complete, not from the Order Date).
Backordered Items or Unavailable Sizes
· If any item in your order is on backorder or a certain size is not available during your order’s process time, Soccer Stop will contact you with additional information.
Returns & Exchanges
· Customized items such as team uniforms, warm ups, and backpacks cannot be taken back as a return or exchange.
