OPEN POSITION: Customer Service Manager Soccer Stop 2017


Plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the Soccer Stop Customer Service Center to maintain and enhance customer relations and to meet organizational and overall business objectives/goals.


  • Develop and implement Soccer Stop customer service policies and procedures.

  • Define and communicate customer service standards to all Soccer Stop personnel and,

    specifically the employees of the Soccer Stop Customer Service Center (CSC).

  • Direct and oversee the daily operations of the CSC ensuring the ongoing achievement of

    agreed to customer service levels and standards.

  • Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the CSC.

  • Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery.

  • Review and track customer complaints.

  • Assist CSC personnel and/or handle complex and escalated customer service issues.

  • Monitor and analyze available data for accuracy and to determine customer service


  • Identify and implement strategies and tactics to improve the quality of service, productivity

    and cost-effectiveness of the CSC.

  • Meet regularly with members of the Sales, Operations and Financial groups to identify areas

    needing improvement and new service needs.


  • Receive weekly First Touch/SKULabs reports and prepare weekly “at-once” product orders.

  • Analyze daily, weekly, seasonal First Touch/SKULabs system data and supplier product

    availability data to identify “red flags” indicating the need to meet with members of the

    various departments to assess need to modify standard ordering parameters.

  • Perform other CSC and product ordering tasks as directed by the senior management team.
